May Mini Onlocation Photoshoot with the Lawrence Children
My May mini sessions were a great success this year and what better place to have the photoshoot than at the beautiful Manor Park Country Park in West Malling Kent.
The weeping willows take me back to my childhood as we had a huge one in our back garden and when I was young I used to dress my little sister up (after much persuasion), pin a bedsheet to the tree and use it as an a backdrop. On another occasion I, dressed my sister up again, in my mother’s holly communion dress – she was the bride, popped a suit on a little lad and gathered some more children from down the street and used the tree as a backdrop for the wedding group shots. If only I had that photo now!
It was a beautiful day and it was great to see all of the Lawrence family, as I had photographed Lily throughout her first year, with my Watch Me Grow Package. I loved photographing the warm relationship between Lily and her older brothers, simply wonderful.
