Where is your studio and is there parking?
My studio is based in Sittingbourne, Kent. Yes there is free on-site parking! Included with your email Booking Confirmation will be my home studio address and parking details.
When are you open?
I am open for appointments 7 days per week. Bookings can be scheduled from first 10am – 6pm. If you would like an evening appointment please let me know.
The last studio we went to was really disappointing. Will this be the same?
Having been in the industry for over 12 years, I have seen many photographers come and go that have unfortunately given the industry a bad name. I care about my clients and my reputation and I have lots of positive testimonials from them, many of whom rebook with me regularly.
How do I view my photos?
Once your images are edited I will email you a link to a password protected on-line gallery. Your gallery will be available to you for 3 days.
How many pictures do we get to choose from?
I will shoot as many images as possible, then I will then narrow the selection down to about 25-50 pics (dependant on the session type) for you to choose from.
Can you also create black and white images?
Yes! This is no problem at all.
How long until we see our pictures?
Usually I will be able to show you your pictures within two weeks of your session.
How long have you been a professional photographer?
Having launched my business in November 2008 I have been photographing families, babies and commercial projects for over 12 years.
Can you arrange a make-up artist and hair stylist?
Yes, I use a couple of highly qualified makeup artists and hair stylists that are simply fantastic. They will work with you to provide whatever look you require. This will be charged at their normal hourly rate.
Do you have a mix of backgrounds?
Yes for family studio sessions I have white, black and beige. For babies up to 1 year I have dedicated backdrops for cake smash and sitter baby sessions.
Can I change the date of my booking?
No problem, just give me 7 days notice and I can do this free of charge.
Do you offer gift vouchers or gift cards?
